STEPS TO DOWNLOAD

After completing payment, Shopify will send an email with a download link to you with the subject "Your downloads are ready".

(NOTE: The email is created automatically through the website, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders if they are not in your inbox)

When you click the link you will then be taken to a page on the website with a Download Now button. When you click that button it will save the files to where your Downloads go on your device. 

You will receive 5 JPG files named as their ratios below.

With the 5 x files that you will receive, you have the option of printing any of 24 sizes! Giving you the freedom to choose what works best for you!

Details of sizes are below; 

2:3 ratio
You can use to print the following sizes with it: 
INCHES: 4”X6'', 8”X12’’, 12”X18'', 16”X24’’, 20”X30'', 24”X36'' 
CM: 10x15cm, 20x30cm, 30x46cm , 41x61cm, 51x76cm, 61x91cm 

3:4 ratio
You can use to print the following sizes with it: 
INCHES: 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 15”x20”, 18"x24"  
CM: 15x20cm, 23x30cm, 30x41cm, 38x51cm, 46x61cm

4:5 ratio
You can use to print the following sizes with it: 
INCHES: 4''x5'', 8"x10", 12"x15", 16"x20”, 20”x25”, 24”x30"   
CM: 10x13cm, 20x25cm, 30x38cm, 41x51cm, 51x63.5cm, 61x76cm, 

11:14 ratio 
You can use to print the following sizes with it: 
INCHES: 11”x14", 22"x28"  
CM: 28x36cm, 56x71cm

ISO (international paper size standard) 
You can use to print the following sizes with it: 
A1, A2, A3, A4, A5

Find the size that matches what you would like to print, and/or your frame, and use the JPG of that ratio! It's as simple as that! You will also receive the above sizes in a document names Wall Art Size Guide for future reference. 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: 

The artwork has a white border included on the file. This gives you flexibility for framing. 

Each file is set up as the largest size within the ratios above, and can be scaled down to suit any of the smaller scales within that ratio. 

Files are 300dpi

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor screen settings, and the final printed product may appear slightly different than what is seen on the screen. 

PRINTING OPTIONS 

1. You can print your file on your home printer if your printer can print the size you require; we recommending using a thicker cardstock. We suggest printing as “fit to page”. 
2. You can take the file and have the file printed by your local printing shop (please check with them as each company has a different process).
3. You can upload your file to an online printing service.
